IndusInd Bank shares fall 20% after Q2 profit drop, asset quality deterioration

Correct. Some people said to rant on Twitter to ask IndusInd customer care to call us back. Reaching them thru IVR is currently impossible for bank account issues.

I can positively confirm that for Exclusive and Pioneer Accounts I can reach customer care direcly just like ICICI wealth. Just tried it for two customer IDs one Exclusive and one Pioneer.

They may have changed the Customer Care policy for other accounts. (can't comment on that)

No but if we happen to have Exclusive or Pioneer accounts plus some other account, then it does not directly redirect the call to their customer care. It keeps us in their IVR where the option to reach customer care has been removed entirely for now (they confirmed it via Twitter). Some "upgrade" to the IVR going on in the backend. If you have only Exclusive or Pioneer account you are lucky

My customer iD has, Indie, Exclusive and Pioneer (all single holder) and I can connect direcly. There may he something else at play here. They may have messed up something. I hope this is just temporary.

Other family members have either Exclusive or Pioneer or both. I just tried with all of them. Though they don't have Indie or any other variant.

I have Indie (single), Exclusive (single) & Privilege Max (joint a/c). And Pinnacle, EazyDiner, Amex ePay & RuPay CCs. Exactly what number are you dialing Sir?

Ok I think (And I think you are right) people with other Indus Variants or Joint accounts are being wrongfully targetted. Your privilege account is causing the issue. Let's hear about other users with similar issue.

They may have filtered Indie because initially it was separate. But excluding that someone wrote code to exclude customers with any variant not HNI.

I called 1860 helpline and wasted 50 Rs talktime (as the call is chargeable and you need talktime). I called 4/5 times and waited 10 minutes each time but could not connect to agent.

Seems they fired all customer care agents.
