I recently got the upgrade offer from the bank from IndusInd Pinnacle to Indusind Celesta American Express

I already hold the IndusInd Exclusive account with comes with the pinnacle card , if I will go with the Celesta, my 0 MAB exclusive account will get close or it is continue as usual

Is it really worth it?

Coming back to your question, yes you can continue using your account, but it won't be Zero MAB anymore.
