IndusInd credit card for pioneer customer

I hold Indusind Pioneer saving account with height TRV. I used to have secured credit card of indusind Bank which I had closed few years back but now whenever I try to apply for IndusInd credit card again, it says that I am not eligible. I also hold HDFC regalia credit card with 7.7 lakhs limit .is there any way anyone can help me in this
