- Cardholder will be eligible for benefits under this Program only if the eligible Spends are equal to or greater than the Minimum Spend Level (Qualification Criterion)
- No bonus RP will be posted to the card, if the customer upgrades/downgrades the card to any other product,
- Upon meeting the Qualification Criterion, the Cardholder will be eligible for Bonus Reward Points as per the SMS/Email communication received
- Example: If a Customer has received communication for 5X Reward Points; under this program, 5X Reward Points mean, the Reward Points earned under normal course (mentioned against the transaction in the statement) plus 4 times the bonus Reward Points (which will be credited later as Bonus Rewards on the fulfilment date). Please note, in case normal reward points are not credited to the account due to whatsoever reason (such as pre-paying and spending over credit limit) bonus multiplier will not be applicable for those transactions.
- Maximum Reward Points that can be earned under this program is 5000.
- Spends made using Add-on cards will accrue in the account of the Primary Cardholder under this Program.
- Only Settled Transactions; i.e. Transactions done during the Program Period and which have been successfully posted into the Cardholder’s Card Account within the offer period will be considered for calculating achievement under this Program. The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been settled by the Merchant.
