Indusind debit card charges after account upgrade

I have a pinnacle credit card and I am planning to upgrade my select account to exclusive.

I currently have three debit cards:
1) select signature visa debit card
2) select mastercard world debit card
3) titanium debit card

I have two questions
1) If I upgrade my account to exclusive, will my existing select debit cards become chargeable?
2) After I upgrade my account to exclusive, can I apply for exclusive signature and exclusive mc world debit cards? Can I have 5 active debit cards?

When you upgraded from Select to Exclusive, were you automatically given the Exclusive welcome kit and debit card, or did you have to request them separately?

Received automatically Visa Signature.

After requesting, did you receive the welcome kit (debit card included), or only the Exclusive debit card (variant: Signature Visa/Master)? Also, are your Select debit cards still active after the upgrade? @4uziaul

All Debit Card are currently active.

did u receive welcome excluisve kit with visa signature debit card (like you received welcome kit when u opened select account) or only visa sig debit card?
were u able to apply master card variant later?

Received welcome kit along with Visa Signature and later applied for World MasterCard.

I have visa signature card and I have requested for World MasterCard through customer care but the person said the visa gets blocked after 45 days, how can I make both the cards active please help

In case of upgrade I guess there is no charges.
In case of downgrade there maybe charge

yes... if u r downgraded from higher to lower variant account and still holding higher varaint debit card u will be charged as per Indus

Mastercard cannot be applied from app as far as I know. Just find the right customer care agent by trying few times. One of them should be able to apply for a new card without closing the old one.

Currently I hold chargeable Indusind Platinum Plus debit card against my Indus Max Active savings account.
Today my Legend card has been approved and soon I will upgrade my account to Indus Select. So now will my Platinum Plus Card become LTF ?

I upgraded from exclusive to pioneer. I am keeping my exclusive debit cards. I am hoping that I won’t be charged for the exclusive DCs even though I will no longer hold exclusive account.

Even though pioneer is a higher variant, still exclusive DC has an advantage over pioneer like the reward value can be 93% . Also having multiple DC for BMS offer is useful.

Just open Pionner for family member add yourself in family banking

Upgrade is also an option but indusind branch experience may vary

Requested my RM. She came with a upgrade form. Filled up and gave it back.
Accounts upgraded within 2 days.

10L in savings or 30L TRV.

Personally don’t know about downgrade but from other forum users, I read that account probably will get converted to exclusive. If this happens then charges will be on the pioneer DCs if you still hold.
