Only option, other than Cred is Ebixcash.

Yes I have two debit cards one Select debit card and one Pioneer debit card. I tried using the Goodscore application with my Pioneer debit card to pay my credit card bill, but I didn’t receive any rewards. However, when I used the same Pioneer debit card in the CRED app, I did get points. Similarly, when I used my Select debit card in the Goodscore application I also received points. I don’t know the MCC codes for these transactions

MCC is different for Visa and Master cards on Cred…..Reward points are being credited for Visa cards on Cred and I hope Visa card transactions on CRED will be taken into account for Debit card offer.

I used Visa on Cred, Indus confirmed MCC is 6051 which is in exclusion list
