It’s mandatory for getting the vouchers also.

Lost master variant so did only online. Let see. By the way this month redemption they wrongly credited 3000 cash back extra. So it tallied.

Dont worry you will get the money soon.
Contact bbps and get the ARN number for the refund.
Share that with both indusind and vi customer care.
Better to reach to VI and Indusind through twitter with all the details.
