I have the web reference but not sure whether customer care knows anything about this

Yes spoke to branch and they are saying that they are able to view my web request and web requests are handled by centralized teams and branch cant do it.
Branch asked me to write a mail to reachus id mentioning card request reference and I did that

Yes, I have closed my old debit card and applied delight debit card.

For my account variant (multiplier) delight is not showing in app and customer care also not able to generate so i applied via web link

But till today morning app not showing delight card

I did the same mistake as OP ordered Indusind World delight debit card for 2500+GST, card showing in mobile banking, fee debited but card not yet received, can I somehow cancel it and get a refund of Fee paid

Yes, please call customer care and explain them that by mistake you ordered world delight and you don't want it, they will block your card from there end and will process a refund.

Hi buddy, how long will they take to block the world delight card, do we get a notification that card got blocked? Also will the card disappear from the debit cards section if blocked? Please reply when free.

Card is blocked instantly, it will disappear from the debit cards section
