Indusind Eazydiner Application Stuck

Applied for Indusind Bank Eazydiner Card on the Eazydiner app 4 days ago. Had put in DOB and PAN Card details. It then took me to a screen which said we will get back to you in 24 hours.
Now it shows the following (Screenshot attached)

Life time free card, some comes with terms(90 days spent should be this amount to be eligible)and some don't until banks pulls out the offer

I wanted to know if it was LTF, not what is LTF 🤣

Update:
After waiting for 5 days for the CC agent to call me back, I tried applying for Eazydiner CC on the Indusind website, after putting in all the necessary details, it showed me options for Legend, Platinum and Platinum Aura Edge all LTF but no Eazydiner. So I left the application as it is.
After a few hours, I received a call from the CC agent saying you had applied for Eazydiner but now since you have also applied on the Website and you cannot see the option for Eazydiner, you will have to wait for 2 months for the application to be cleared from the system and then we can apply for Eazydiner.

My question is should I take Legend LTF and wait or ask for an upgrade to Eazydiner or as the agent said, leave the application as it is and apply for fresh Eazydiner after 2 months?

Nope. A few months back, when I just registered, it was showing Rs 1499 /- . But, now it has disappeared

Just got connected to the Concierge team through whatsapp to chat and they clarified that this is not LTF.

I have existing ED prime membership received with indusind legend. If I activate ED prime with magnus will the validity of ED prime be extended ? Can someone explain ?

As far as I know, it won't be extended.
