How to apply for Add on card?

and Whether the benefits of Bookmyshow, Eazydiner Prime Membership, Lounge access will be additional for add on cardholder or it will be combined for primary and add on?

Try again after card approval. You can have 3 add-on card at free of cost.

Agree... @master99 you can try after 2-3 days. maybe time taken for the card details to sync across portals.
i checked the link and entered card details...it is working fine and asking me to provide add-on holder details.....so, should be sorted for you too in a couple of days!
