So tried pushing for LTF approval via customer care & got it (nothing in email, so just waiting to see it for real).

Lucky you !Got the dispatch sms from Indusind today morning. Welcome kit is arriving through bluedart. Opened the select account offline last Friday. In two working days(Tuesday), got the account opening and welcome kit processing sms. And It will be delivered by Wednesday/Thursday.
That was a pretty fast and good service received from Indusind I didn't expect especially after reading the thread.

I am trying to link the pinnacle card with the savings account,since the last 3 months.I am unable to do it,I sent numerous emails to indusind regarding this,they always send the same generic response.I am fed up with Indusind,it's the worst customer service I experienced.There is no responsibility,the Customer care executives are rude and I sent a mail to PNO also,nothing happened.I don't understand why they complicate things like that.Now, I just, hope bank account and credit card link process go seamlessly.

Tried all these steps just now.I tried to add credit card details in the link relationships option.It showed,authentication failed,after getting the OTP.I tried these steps a lot of times in the last 3 months.There is some problem at the central level of the bank,and they are too negligent to rectify this.Try one more time
Uninstall the indus mobile app restart phone
Clear cache.
Install the latest version.
Login with your savings account details of debit card. ( If you don't know the savings account customer id use forgot userid option using debit card)
After login in savings account dashboard then add credit card using credit card details.
I am not sure about that,there is some problem at the main server or some problem with the coding,and I don't think the bank people can rectify that.Anyway,will try this option when I am free.You need to visit branch / trying linking relationship in net banking
