Indusind Exclusive a/c and Pinnacle Card

Hello,
I have read through various posts related to Indusind Exclusive account but couldn't find my answer so writing this post.

I had the Pinnacle card and recenly I have opened the Exclusive account with required MAB.
When I login to my Indusind Indie App, i can see my account details and the Pinnacle card is also showing.

1. So this means the card is already linked?
2. Should I confirm the 0 MAB from cust support?

and for the select account how can i confirm this???


In the IndusInd Mobile App - > under Settings -> Account Settings,

Make sure your Indusind Exclusive / Select account and Pinnacle / Legend CCs are selected under " Preferred Accounts / Cards" section.

This means they are mapped.. See the Screenshot below for more details..

I have Indie saving account and holding Pinnacle cc. Can I apply for Exclusive account?
First you need to upgrade account to Exclusive by depositing the required MAB.
Once the account is upgraded, link the Pinnacle card to account.

You can confirm for 0 MAB from customer care.

Same question. I tried to ask the branch but they have no clue
I opened a indusind select account, just to check whether they are allowing me to have more than 1 savings account with them or not. I received the welcome kit today. The account is still in debit freeze because of a silly mistake from the branch's end. They assured me that I'll be able to transact from tmrw evening. So I am planning to get this select account upgraded to Exclusive after that, which will take another day or two, after which I can remove all the funds (2L) from the upgraded account as it'll become a 0 balance account.

You can directly go to the branch & open an Exclusive account be depositing 2L directly, I wasn't sure that they'll allow me to open it that's why I went for the select account as I didn't wanted to get me 2L frozen.

I confirmed with the customer care that the exclusive account with pinnacle is 0 MAB, which the branch had no idea about, & they even refused to believe, even after showing them the SOC on their own website. Stupid people fr.

Heres the confirmation email from the indusind customer care (they replied after 3 weeks lol).
