Indusind exclusive mastercard not accepted in paytm app

Hello,
Today I tried to add indusind exclusive mastercard debit card in paytm application to pay credit card bill payment but paytm is not accepted my exclusive mastercard but accepting exclusive visa debit card, apart from paytm where can I use my exclusive mastercard to pay credit card bill payments to get reward points?
