Indusind exclusive rewards redemption problem

Hi folks,

I have placed a reward points redemption request on may 28 or something like that. Usually it will be instant, this time it doesn't happened. Logged a complaint with customer care on may 30th till today no resolution provided.

Please guide reward points got debited ☹️
