U can open exclusive all family will have zero balance
No. Issue is primary card member has current account which has business address and also aadhar is old address and the business operations is closed. And right now they can’t change the address on current account to the latest one without firm seal, directors signature and deed.

You can't be add on on pinnacle & open exclusive account to make it zero mab
When primary cc holder doesn't have exclusive account

I have Pinnacle with Exclusive A/c can my family members with Pinnacle Add On also open Exclusive Account and if yes does it need to be from same branch?

Based on previous message in thread its mentioned you can open Exclusive account for Pinnacle Addon if Primary holder has Exclusive Account.

I would like to know if I can open for family member in metro city branch even if my account is in native branch

Yeah I am the Primary Cardholder and have issues with opening savings account due to previous current account.

The original Pinnacle holder should have an exclusive account (which still be 0 mab), then other family members (irrespective of they have addons or not) can open exclusive account and group them all in to a family group.
This is the answer to most of the queries people have.
