Indusind Forcing Me to Open Savings Account

I applied for the Indusind Tiger CC and by mistake I chose the option of Opening Zero Balance Savings Bank Ac With CC

On the V-KYC call the person made it clear and asked me to contact customer support and ask them to reset the link.

I contacted the customer support for over 5 hours and none of them helped - giving me different excuses.

I recently got a call as well and they said that if I dont open the Savings Bank Ac, my CIBIL will get affected on the basis of my application. And also said that they cannot reset the application link and if I need the card, I will have to open the account. I asked them to send me an email and they denied.

I understand its a zero balance account but with the utter dishonesty and lack of support I received from them, I am not confident to open an account with them.

Is it true that application links cannot be reset no matter what? Is there any effective place where I can mail them and get this sorted?

They are blatantly lying. Just tell them, "Are you sure, I will email PNO with ur name and branch location"

Open since it's 0 bal. Yr ending, so targets.🎯

No benefit, as old appl will be rejected and new will be punched in system leading to another credit enquiry.

That zero balance savings account comes with one of the best debit card available rn. Even select exclusive users are too trying to get that card
