Okay,How long they takes to upgrade the account to megastar after request upgrade

Yes add funds and call or mail indie customer care they will upgrade your account

I called Indie customer care to upgrade my account, but they refused, citing that it will be upgraded in 90 days.

I got downgraded in july and than again upgraded to megastar after finding i just sent them mail they upgraded my account to megastar it took a week.

Please go through post #1. I have mentioned that calling customer care wont work. Call the number of upgrade team, it'll be done in few days. Go through every step mentioned in post #1.

Indie users who have been downgraded from megastar to superstar/star can get upgraded easily. Follow these steps:

1. Call on +918071244777 from registered phone. This is their special number to get upgraded to megastar. (Normal customer care has no clue about upgrade and will say maintain 50k this month and next month upgrade will happen. So, don't call normal customer care number)
2. Mostly after calling this number they'll say number is busy and they'll call back.
3. They'll call you back same day within few hours and will ask for funding. Transfer balance to indie account to make...

1. Indie Megastar / Visa Signature Card
2. Niyo DCB Debit Card

Niyo SBM Debit Card has 5 lakh transaction limit I couldn't find anything about transaction limit of Indie Megastar.

PS: It may end up just one time use only.

I have contacted them and asked to upgrade my account to megastar.
They have taken the request and it will be upgraded with 72hours.
But I have not received any email/sms confirmation .
I hope it will be upgraded soon

And still it is showing as star tier.

Yes, Just deposit 50k after that send a HI to indusind whatsapp number

The reply contain a tier upgrade option and proceed

Instantly the account will be upgraded to megastar

WhatsApp banking is a joke..after sending Hi we get response after 3-4 hours that too with no option to upgrade tier.... I kept Maintaining 50k balance but few days back account downgraded to star automatically....Features are good but customer service is pathetic ... Also, you can Maintain FD above 2 lacs to retain megastar ......
