Mega star is only for indie and some users reported that the existing account holders are not able to open indie account recently

Before December, Etb customers could easily open Indie a/c but after that not possible. First a/c should be Indie now.

Yes, Just deposit 50k after that send a HI to indusind whatsapp number

The reply contain a tier upgrade option and proceed

Instantly the account will be upgraded to megastar

Just tried & within a few minutes got upgraded.

Just one thing they're down grading for not maintaining like previous one. That's really sad

I am not able to open account digitally, it says not eligible (I am a credit card holder & recently downloaded Indie app). Indusind bank has been sending mails for a while now & the megastar tier account looked tempting, but it keeps failing.

Can I walk into a branch (I know will not get the 250 cashback), but will I be able to open Indie Megastar account offline? or will it to be star/superstar only & then if so, will I need to upgrade later?

1. Will take upto 72hrs for upgrade
2. Just need to drop 50k in the last day of quater to retain the megastar.

Now I can manage my mother's account, Wasn't able to do from long.. Since she moved to my old iphone x... and indie app wasn't working on that..

But this site still missing most important feature of gems.. 🙁
