IndusInd Indie Account Megastar Tier

I opened a Indie account through the app and have funded the account multiple times for more than Rs. 50,000 (which is the minimum amount required for upgrading to Megastar) but I have yet to see the tier upgrade reflect in the app.

I had called on the number provided in the in-app pop-up notification for instant upgradation to Megastar and the customer service representative promised that it will change within 24-48 hours after which I can order the Free Visa Signature Debit Card but no upgradation has taken place yet.

The good thing is that Auto Sweep facility is available for funds exceeding Rs. 20,000 and the interest rate is now 7.99 % for a period of 1 year 3 months. It is better than my Kotak Mahindra 811 account which offers 7% for a 180 days Flexi FD.

Also, I read somewhere on Indus' website that upgradation happens in the next quarter so maybe I'll have to wait and find out.

1. Will take upto 72hrs for upgrade
2. Just need to drop 50k in the last day of quater to retain the megastar.

We have to maintain the Rs.50,000 MAB. The Customer Service Representative told me that when I contacted for tier upgrade.
 
Could anyone help with how to get a signature debit card on megastar? I was in megastar tier, having funded with 50K, got downgraded to superstar, and now back to megastar again. I was given a Visa Platinum initially (on a megastar account). Now, when I open the app, I get the option to upgrade my debit card, but on clicking, it takes me to my existing DC page.

First try block and replace if it shows visa signature then apply.
If not then leave.

Second method Block visa platinum then apply visa signature.

I thought it was a monthly minimum balance. Is it a monthly avg min bal or quarterly avg min bal or bal on the last of the month? On the website it just says Minimum Balance Requirement. Is it monthly or quarterly? And if I get a free physical Debit card and get downgraded to superstar will I need to pay the 250 fee?

1.I did a initial deposit of 50k for which I should have got 250/- when will I get it?
2.i have received virtual debit card ,is that visa signature or is the physical debit card needed for dc gems offers
3. If I get to lower star varient should I pay for debit card fee(if I availed visa signature virtually)
4.is it possible to get visa signature in indie as virtually (no physical card)

You got upgraded or not?
 
I got downgraded in july and than again upgraded to megastar after finding i just sent them mail they upgraded my account to megastar it took a week.

Yes,
1. I got 250 after 10 days
2. I got virtual visa signature (I did take physical card) and offers are working fine for gems
3.i don't get any answer yet

Is there any milestone benifits for indie debit card?

Thanks bro.. I got another question.
If in future they start charging for Physical Cards after downgrade, do we have the option to revert back to virtual card again ?
 
Does anybody know me the default interest rate for the savings account? The website mentions up to 6.75% but I couldn't find any specific terms or the default rate listed.
