Indusind issued an additional virtual debit card

I opened an exclusive account a few months ago, which came with an exclusive Visa debit card. Recently, I noticed a virtual gold Visa debit card in my account, showing as active but with all transactions disabled and a 50k limit. I didn’t request this second debit card. Should I contact customer care to close it, or possibly inquire about upgrading to another exclusive MasterCard variant if available?

This is normal as you get virtual Gold debit card from Indusind bank with the account. Though you can request for Exclusive Master card variant as well & keep all the debit cards, you won’t be charged for anything as it is free as long as you maintain Exclusive account status with the bank & if you hold Pinnacle credit card you can you enjoy the zero MAB Exclusive Account with Indusind bank as it acts as a surrogate.
