IndusInd Legend CC LTF Offer query

Hi!

I have been receiving lot of calls lately to offer LTF CC on IndusInd, few callers from Gurgaon number have even offered Legend Variant. My understanding is that IndusInd does not do LTF easily, at least there is joining fees which gets partially reversed thru vouchers. I did ask the caller to send me the offer on email which they did but from some different id, domain name is Indusind.com only. When I visited branch and spoke to RM, he mentioned that Legend never comes as LTF. I even emailed their support team, but they are unable to divulge various offers for me on email. So I’m bit confused whether to apply the CC via this promotional caller?

Any suggestions? Is this variant given as LTF on calls? Anything I should do more to confirm the genuineness of the offer? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me if you have any other idea to get the Legend Card LTF in this situation?
I cannot close my current credit card wishing that one day I will get some pre approved offer.

It is not a good card. Avoid it. Better get Axis Flipkart or Axis Ace.

Many categories are capped at 0.7% instead of 1/2%. CB rate is 25% less than these. Plus redemption charges of 118.

As mentioned by Sumanta da, email them, and ask for LTF. Or else look for it at bankbazar/paisabazar, it pops up as LTF sometimes.

They will reply after 1 or 2 week.
Past experience..
Very slow response to emails.

Go to card blocking section, ask the agent to transfer the line to somebody who can help.

I received multiple calls in last two months to upgrade it to Legend but didn't opt for it because of the hefty joining fees.

Write email to the customer care asking to give legend without any joining fees.
Write a long email and at last say dissappointed with your service.
They will call you to confirm and give LTF Legend.

What is the customer care email id ? I had applied through agent, but the stupid fellow provided wrong Office name and address. Before final submit, I had told him to correct it, but he didn't. So, my card got declined.

One of the YouTubers applied in Paisabazaar app, it was showing LTF. But, after he got it, it was Rs 799 + GST. So, he closed his card later.

I applied through Paisa bazaar, got legend LTF. Application was quite smooth. Even got a 500rs amazon voucher from them. So overall a good experience.

In general, there is a 3-6 month cooling period. Apply after 6 months on a safer side.
Some banks(like SBI) don't have such criteria, not sure about Indus specifically though !
On the second point, generally it won't help with Indus.
Indus is the only bank which has done home and office verification both, even during peak pandemic. So they definitely check data and verify really well.
