Indusind legend does not have lounge access. You have to buy their Travel Plus Programme which is marked at 5k/year alag se. They will only provide you priority pass membership but you wont get any free lounge access with it. Only the membership if free not the lounge visits.

Domestic lounge access is complimentary capped at 2 per quarter. International access isn't there and we've to buy Travel plus program for that.
