However, it has been reconfirmed to me that this is not a time bound offer, and the Pioneer account is not part of the Freedom Offer. All other terms and conditions are as per the Schedule of Charges (SOC) applicable to this account variant.

• Secondly, the SOC clearly states that Non-Maintenance Charges are 'Waived Off' for this account variant.

I have also received written assurance that the account will not be downgraded under any circumstances, which was my primary concern.

follow up question on this : BM and RM have no role to play in this ? So it means irrespective of any promises from BM or RM, the account will be considered as lifetime zero-balance account if opened during the offer window with initial of 10 Lakh ?

Based on my understanding, the Pioneer account variant is not part of any promotional offer, and the Schedule of Charges (SOC) does not mention any non-maintenance charges for not maintaining the QAB. I suggest reviewing the SOC in detail, and if you have any further questions, it’s best to clarify them directly with your branch contact preferably in writing to avoid any ambiguity in the future.

I have image of their document which clearly stated Pioneer too as part of freedom offer and I knwo the same is not mentioned on their website. I availed that offer, opened 2 accounts, on way to open rest 4 accounts totally 6 pioneer accounts within my family.

So I can guarantee this offer is legit, BM is himself involved.

This offer is not active anymore but luckily I have availed.

Also, people confused about non maintenance charges -

Pioneer never charges non maintenance fees anyways. This is a product feature.
But, they downgrade the account later maybe 3-6 months down the line or maybe a couple of years and once that's downgraded, debut card fees will. be levied.

As part of freedom offer which I received, It allowed to make the pioneer account unconditional zero MAB with no charges, no downgrade but still 10L funding initially is needed.

I withdrew the funding in a couple of days.

The account will not be downgraded, I have it in writing.

i was checking in my branch but seems like they know only about freedom offer on grande and grande care account. they are not offering pioneer account. can someone provide any document for pioneer account.

Afaik pioneer is offered at some selected branches only.

will they charge dc annual fees once balance is not maintained?....also can you share the full image you posted...my branch also says offer is only for grande care account not poineer
