Indusind New Exclusive Account Opening Issue

Trying to open Exclusive Account online after receiving Pinnacle Card but getting this error again and again. Nearest branch is quite far from my city that's why it's kinda tough for me to visit branch. Somebody help me out fixing this issue.
I never opened any FD on Paytm or anywhere.

Sorry, couldn't find any solution, that's why creating this new thread.

Any previous bank account with them which you have closed? If not, then the only explanation is the pinnacle card which makes you an existing customer, hence the error. I guess visiting the branch is the only option now. And do not register the card with Indusind app till you open the account. Once the account is active, add your card. If already added, call and request them to deregister the card from the app, open account and then add the card.

I once tried to open the account but left in the middle. Then contacted an agent for my pinnacle card, while applying for Pinnacle he was also getting some error but after several days he fixed that issue and successfully completed my application and i got my card. Other than that I've no relationship with them. The agent who helped me getting my pinnacle also can't understand the error.

Thank you for your suggestion. I haven't added the card and will keep it in my mind.

Call the bank and try to get the incomplete account application removed from their system. I am not sure but it might work then.

Okay sure I'll do it but i don't have much hope from Indus. I've already contacted them through email and X social media team. Never got any response via email the only response I get on X and that too about Visiting Nearest Branch.
