Indusind not putting my cheque for clearance

Actually what happened is I opened a delite acc for my mother online but nokt completed VKYC after few days I visited branch and opened induss select acc and gave 2L IP cheque andd req for the closure of delite SB AC
But the amount was debited and not credited in indus select acc

They said that due to that delite AC is active the money is not cleared and they raised the req for clearing from their end waiting for the Approval from RH

it's been 7 days but the RH is not responding to mail sent by BM it seems

I'm so frustrated What is the link between that select and delite accs as I've given chq for indus select ac and welcome kit was also delivered

Yes with IndusInd once cif generated for a pan then its all headache if we get new product via other channels
Ur case online delight other channel and branch direct select 2nd lead so they have to merge by closing one of the products since both are savings account
