IndusInd Pinnacle joining fee increased to Rs. 25,000?

I just spoke to customer care regarding the upgrade from Legend to Pinnacle. They mentioned that the joining fee has been revised to ₹25,000 + GST, and it now includes ₹25,000 worth of non-essential brand vouchers.

Can anyone confirm?

Note: Indus cards from lowend to highest Pioneer, doesn't have fixed price. Its all about our relationship with bank and negotiation skills + branch person. A capable executive can offer the same without any payment, but a regular branch people say follow the document. Nothing is certain in IndusInd, u can always twist it as per your convenience, if you can.

Also another side note: Btw, Indus credit cards are not worth to keep or transact, there are better alternatives.
