I’m from a tier 2/3 city and we don’t have Pioneer banking here. They had requested me to open some other variant which had 5L IF but I googled and told them I need Pioneer, signed the form and came back.
Last week the Paisa Bazaar lady who calls me more often than my wife told me about the error & also informed that I will never get an IndusInd CC because I’m self employed and my mentioned income is less than hers 🤦🏼

OMG!!! This is the reason I never got any upgrade. Been an Indus Select partner account holder since last 3-4 years and holding that stupid Legend credit card.
Thanks a lot for pointing it out and hence I checked the porfile section in Indie app. It clearly mentions - Annual Income 50K-1L🤣🤣🤣

Are you sure this way the above error can be rectified? Does emailing them work? How to initiate this Re Kyc

You can also complete Re-KYC through Indie app but you won’t be able to make changes to your income details

Received my metal and pvc both. No nonsense faced for 20L funding or anything. It was very smooth. Both pvc and metal cards are active and both have sepratae golf access on dreamfolks.
Also paid my jupiter adge csb credit card bill using jupiter app via my indusind pioneer metal. debit card. No extra fees incurred. Not sure if I will get any reward points or not and how much I will get. Will update here.

Ahh damn! maybe via paytm I can tey because so far I always got RPs on cc bill payment via indus visa signature card through paytm. But yeah had to I cut extra charges also.
Any idea how much is the reward point ratio or value back when I use pioneer dc? Visa signature had slab wise rewards.
How did you got Metal debit card?
Recently I opened Pioneer account asked RM to apply for Metal debit card,he insisting to fund the account with 20L then only metal card can applied.

I just asked for it, one agent confirmed form. my. branch, sent an OTP to me Nd I received in couple of days.

Do we have to visit branch separately for asking the metal card?
I had to go to branch for the account upgrade. It was pretty seamless tho, was upgraded in half a day types. But don't want to visit the branch again.
