IndusInd bank has reported two accounts for a single card in experion. In cibil they have reported the correct account but in experion one duplicate account is shown. Where should I email to remove the erroneous entry ?
Online: Log in to your account on the Experian website, go to the Dispute section, and click Raise a Dispute. You'll need to select the type of dispute, fill out the form, and click Submit.
By phone: Call Experian at 022-6641 9000 Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
They said it is due to reporting both credit card number and credit card account number to experian. They said they will remove credit card number from the list and from now onwards will only report credit card account number to all the bureaus.
