Devaluation INDUSIND select - Non maintenance charge

I have been having Indusind select savings account linked with legend card for a year now. I have never been charged non-maintenance charge so far. But strangely, I got a sms today that asked me to maintain balance failing which I'll be penalized with non-maintenance charge. Should I be doing anything at all with regards to this?

Is everyone getting the same message? Or am I the only one who got this message?

Have they updated anything in the recent SOC for select account? Any insights would be highly appreciated.

Reverted only 2rs(which I had) still in -896rs balance

I had requested the BM to close the account but she begged me not to close.
If charges are debited then guess who’s gonna reverse or bear the cost 😬

I wanted to open 0 MAB Pioneer while the independence offer came but Axis being Axis never upgraded my account on time so couldn't remove funds and missed on the offer.

Got charged a total of INR 910.35 as per The Great Indusind (Select Account) Scam Festival. Now account balance Is INR -842.36. Dropped a mail and got response from them. Let's see what happens. 😒

Indusind Bank had called me, reversed the charges and also apologized for the inconvenience. Hope everyone has got their reversals.

This is because your reversal is ongoing and still not processed. Just wait.

What's the date of reversed txn? It should take about 24hrs to update the balance.

My account got deducted twice, on 24th and on 25th
The 25th amount got reversed but the 24th amount is yet to get reversed...

Finally the charges are reversed. Intially reachus@indus replied to go to the branch and link the credit card to the account to prevent such charges. Looks like these guys don't even read the mail properly 😪

Customer care always reply something unrelated and also say that your query is solved . Very bad customer care. If we ask somthing, they will tell something.

24 tarikh ko email kiya tha, mera negative balance abhi tak positive nehi hua. Bas 26 tarik ko ek "lien removal request" wala service id mila tha.
Kisi aur ka reversal abhi tak pending hai?

yes mine is partially reversed, they are idiots don't even know how to reverse it.
