All Purchase transactions excluding payment of Rent & Real Estate Payments (MCC 6513), Wallet loading payment (MCC 6540,6538) and payment of fee towards school or educational program (MCC 8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299) will NOT be considered for the purpose of calculating Achievement towards the Spend Levels.

It was meant to say all purchase transactions other than the excluded criteria will be considered for the calculation.
