Indusind upgrade from Exclusive to Pioneer

I have Indus Exclusive account due to Pinnacle Credit Card for last 1.5 years, but no RM assigned. Is there any way to request for upgrade account to Pioneer?

It is saying Account Upgrade not possible in Internet Banking . Appreciate your support.

You just need to visit any nearby Indusind branch and fill the Pioneer Upgradation form.
