Indusind vs Indie

Hi,

I have an Indus Delite Savings account opened through web (not with Indie app)
I logged in to the IndusInd app, and it's working fine. However, when I try to use the Indus Indie app, it shows that there is no account and asks for PAN to create a new savings account.

In my net banking, it shows this.
Account Type: Savings Choice Account
Product: INDUS DELITE


So, IndusInd savings account doesn't show on Indie app?

1) Indus Ind Sb accounts ( like Delite, Select , Exclusive etc... ) are different to Indie Account .
2) Indie account can only be opened from the Indie App ..
3) Once Indie account is opened , you can view your IndusInd Delite account there as well....
4) Indie App can not work without an Indie account opened within from the Indie app..
5) Meanwhile, you can see and operate your IndusInd Delite account from IndusInd Mobile App or IndusInd Website net banking.. Not from Indie App.
6) If you decide to open an Indie account as an existing IndusInd Deltie account holder you can find all the relevant details here in this thread.

Guys and Gals,

Today I opened an INDIE account ... App version: 1.1.36

Background: Currently I have the following relationships with IndusInd.
1) Exclusive Bank Account
2) Legend CC
3) Pinnacle CC
4) Fixed Deposit

Process:

After giving, mobile no, OTP, PAN, Aadhar and OTP again.. the account was created instantly in a jiffy ... Extremely smooth ..
No profile detials are required, No VKYC required.. it is showing KYC status as Verified...
Funded 50K via UPI... got Megastar immediately and Virtual DC generated immediately and ordered Physical Visa Signature card for free...

No pre approved offers as far as I know.. but I can’t tell for sure as I already got legend and pinnacle before I opened this account.

Matlab mai apna federal wala account close karke indusind kholne ne ka soch raha hoon?
Kya karoon? Indusind better hai? Matlab service and unka server thik thak hai?

IndusInd technology is not renowned for its stability.
A lot of users found some issues witht he Indie app recently but I never faced any issue.. it is all good for me..
but expect a few issues , certainly not the best app out there.. if it is going to be your primary account then you need to think twice..
if it is your secondary account, then you can take it.. I repeat , I found no problem at all until now.. infact I recieved very good RP (ie gems ) for paying CC bills and some extra RP for IndusInd CC usage.. It was a very good experience for me so far..no issues at all for me..

I have already SBI, Bank Of Baroda and PNB account.
SBI is my primary account and using Bob for my daily transactions.
I just want a zero balance account.

Indie account will not be forcefully created if you login to Indie app. You will be able to view your existing account on the Indie app if you already have one.

I have installed indie and used existing dc to login and deleted old app
The indie shows account as well as credit card no issues

So I have a question. The only relationship I have with IndusInd is the Legend CC. Now they are shifting all users from the IndusInd app to the Indie app. I want to know if it also opens an Indie account during registration since it asks for the PAN in the initial phase? I don't want to open any other account with them but just login to see my CC.

previously it is designed like that.
now also after entering pan number , if it shown options savings account , credit card , e.t.c
then asking to create account,

so click on credit card and authenticate using aadhaar or card number .
