Indusind's New Portal Indie Lacks Basic Options! Doesn't Have the Option To Replace Card

Since IndusInd has changed its net banking portal and app lately to Indie. Tried to replace an old card because the card number was almost erased on the plastic. I was able to block it from the app, but there was no option to reissue it. Checked in the net banking portal, it's the same copy of the app.

What a shameful thing! They always had tech issues in the past, but at least their previous net banking portal and app had features. In the new one, they just removed everything so that people don't have to complain about an error. I am sure that if I email, their team will close it without resolving it, as they have in the past. How are guys using it?

Yes, it was available on the older IndusInd app
 
Indie app and net banking looks rudimentary. Even basic features are missing. The best way is to call their toll free numbers or send a mail to their official mail ID.
