Indusmobile App Issue

Hi, I have been using indusmobile from 1.5 years for my credit card, recently I linked my bank account, after that I am not able to open app last 2 days. When I try to open app, after 2-3 sec, it is auto closed by some app issue.

I have done following things already so that it can open.

- Uninstalled and install again
- Clear app data and cache
- Uninstall Android webview
- Restart phone multiple times
- All other apps working smoothly without any hanging issue, never faced any such issue with any apps in past
- Phone has 35gb space available

I have checked Google and playstore, many users facing this issue, but unable to find any workaround.

I have installed same app in my relative's Samsung M52, there it is working fine, so it is device specific issue, but not able to find any solution for my OnePlus 10 pro with Android 13.1

Posted here because, if anyone in forum faced and resolved similar issue.

They haven't fixed a thing..

How, as playstore only have latest version, and this may be some conflict of code, not related to update, as last update as per playstore was on 17 may 23, and I was using app till Friday.

It's better to wait for now. It's not safe to sideload banking apps.

HDFC mobile app and indusind mobile app are crashing on Oneplus device with Android 13.
AU app was crashing before now its fixed after latest update from playstore.
BHIM app was also crashing but its fixed now after recent latest update from playstore.
HDFC and IndusInd are lazy, they are not fixing their apps even after most users facing app crash.

But now my the problem is solved..

AU app was crashing before now its fixed after latest update from playstore.
BHIM app was also crashing but its fixed now after recent latest update from playstore.

After reading your messege, just checked HDFC app, and it is also crashing on OnePlus, although was working fine 1 day ago, looks like app code is conflicting with any code of Android, or app manufacturer made changes to some security code, so they are not working

Don't have AU but ICICI and pockets working fine, although axis given error, but still not crashing like HDFC and Indusind

I have same issue with IndusMobile and HDFC Mobile Banking app from last two days.

For hdfc, wifi and mobile data off , open the hdfc app and then turn on either wifi or mobile app, use fingerprint or mpin and it should work.

Hdfc app is getting crashed if wifior mobile data is on before you open the hdfc app

No, it's not a wifi problem, it's app code compatibility issue.

we need to turn off both wifi and mobile data
After that open hdfc app , and then turn on wifi or mobile data, and then authenticate and use

Your trick worked for hdfc, now issue only in indusind app

IMobile and Pockets are fixed I think by ICICI. They are working fine. AU 101 is also fixed by AU.
HDFC and IndusInd are still crashing.

It was not opening for a friend of mine. It's opening on my phone but I can't set fingerprint there.

For HDFC, you may follow @avikrish bro's trick, it worked for me.

Turn off wifi and mobile network, then open app, and after app opens, turn on mobile network (not wifi), it has working for me, Although is weird to each time turn off and then open app, and then turn on mobile network.

But we don't have a choice until, hdfc and indusind fixed this issue

Faced the same issue for the below ones:
INDUSMOBILE: Installed one version lower from the current version.
AU BANK : It's fixed now after the recent update.
HDFC : Rated 1 star in Play Store, they responded to get in touch with support with a reference id. Sent an email to enroll for beta version. They took a few days and enrolled me. The beta version is working fine for me without any tricks.

Indusind bank mobile app update available for fewer phones or it is rolled out batch wise I guess , I got for my OnePlus 10 pro and it's working fine post that

Thanks for the info, I have tried 5 minutes ago, and it was not working, after reading your post, updated, and now it's working fine.

Now only HDFC have problem, but we have temporarily workaround by turning off data, and login app, so that is not a big issue
