Indusmoments Not Able to Detect Rupay Card | Indusind Points Redemption Issue

I am trying to redeem indusind rupay CC points on indusmoments and its not able to detect my active credit card. Also that card is not visible in Indie app. Anyone faced similar issue? Customer care is not helping.



This is the error : Please enter valid details. I am able to login with my other cards like celesta & pinnacle.
