Infinia Infinia bonus points for Confirmtkt?

So I have infinia and i maintain excel sheet. I have done tons of trxns and never faced an issue getting bonus pts. I don't wait for statement as I check my account every day and record pts incoming on excel sheet.

But I have never done trxn on Confirmtkt (their new portal for train tickets via smartbuy).

Recently I did trxn on confirmtkt on 26th and 29th nov. 2 trxns both over 3-4k. I got base points ofc, but not bonus pts. I should have received bonus pts for both by now. Even if not of 29th, 26th txn I should have definately received bonus pts.

Anyone else had the same issue?

update : they gave those bonus for confirmtkt seperately in statement. Interesting part is , I thought I exceeded my 15k quota, but looks like these pts are counted seperately from 15k points? Very interesting. Marked red are confirmtkt trxns
