Infinia Devaluation and Looking for Alternative

I have high amount of expenses for the following categories:

1) Insurance (Health and Vehicles)
2) Tuition Fees
3) Income Tax Payment
4) Electricity

Total approx 50L

Infinia has stopped giving reward points for the above. What are some good super premium cards for the above categories?

Do spends with bills in your name.. can't go wrong there! I do business in my name so all my bills are also in my name. that helps to an extent.
I also on behalf of some clients make some monthly expenditures that are reimbursed directly by them (they pay directly to my credit card statement). I got a notice this year that there was a mismatch between my income and the credit card spends, but an easy excel with all details seemed to have solved the problem (So far)

Infinia has not stopped points on electricity payments? I make the payment through the HDFC portal itself and I get the reward points.

Bill pay by logging into netbanking. Seamless and can be used for electricity, education (Redgiraffe), water etc.

And which medium to use... i.e., payzapp, bill pay or any other suggestions that help in giving the rps pls....
