I received this email from HDFC and I provided my consent on 29th November. They mentioned they would revert by 11th December, but I haven’t received any update yet, and the card is still not showing under my cards. What are the chances that I will get the Infinia?

On 13 Nov, I emailed grievance.redressalcc@hdfc.bank.in.

On 14 Nov, they asked for my salary slips for review.

Then on 28 Nov, they replied with the attached screenshot.

Since then, I’ve been waiting for the final confirmation, they mentioned they would respond by 11 Dec.

Credit Limit: ₹8 lakh (DCB M)

Last 3 months’ spend: ~₹8.5 lakh

Last 3 months spends have triggered the upgrade. Classic case of HDFC Infinia Upgrade (8L CL on Existing CC and 8L+ spends on last 6 months)

Thanks, bro. Also, I can see an additional ₹2 lakh limit on Infinia compared to DCB, so I believe the total limit has increased to ₹10 lakh.
