Infinia Infinia with Swiggy and Zomato with different registered number

In recent past I have experienced below:
1. I have swiggy account with my registered number and it did not allow me to use my wife addon infinia card which is registered to her number.
2. My friend was trying to pay bill on his Zomato using my Infinia and card failed several times.

Is there a implicit restriction that registered number of Swiggy/Zomato and infinia registered number must be same? This sounds like an unnecessary check.
Anyone seen this happening.

I used recently used Infinia on Swiggy dineout on my friend's app. But I have never used it on my app or another app before. So, it doesn't seem related to mobile number. But possibly they may be restricting one app with Infinia. Not sure. Btw, i have used other cards on two swiggy app (me and my wife). That has worked. Try deleting card saved on your Swiggy app. And see if it works.

There shouldn't be mapping of cards with Zomato and swiggy..
don't tell me after Gyftr they are going to take our lunch boxes too!

Its most probably they do not allow same card number to be used on different accounts, people used to do this to get Discount coupons applicable for new customers by ordering using different numbers.
