Infinia Infinia with Tata Neu Infinity is not possible?

I checked with the HDFC credit card products team and learned that a person can't hold two super premium credit cards. Is it true for everyone else trying to get Tata Neu's infinity?

The reply from HDFC:

As per policy, 2 super premium card is not allow to one customer.

You can opt for tata neu plus with infinia.

But tata infinity + infinia, won't be able to process.

The same guy now told if you apply from tata neu app you can get this card but hdfc cant initiate the process from there end.

By linking your cc to upi, you can earn rewards on your UPI payments as well.

There may be a dealer who demands 2% for CC payment and for that you can pay through UPI linked card and earn Tata Neu Coins for those transactions as well.

There may be some other issue and not necessarily for you already holding Neu+

Take up issue with their Customer Care that Neu Cards can be held over and above the normal HDFC CC therefore they should reconsider your application

Ya your credit limit will be same. So go ahead and close Infinia.

I got infinia based on FD. I don't see any other option to break FD with out closing infinia.

TATA Neu app was showing LTF for Infinity card since several months. Finally accepted the offer. It was approved with same Cl as that of my infinia. However after 5 days HDFC rejected stating" documents you submitted did not meet our credit card application guidelines"

I did not submit any documents. Just accepted the offer in Tata Neu app. Tata Neu app detected that iam an exisiting HDFC customer and it has shown the current CL of my Infinia🙂

Guys I have DCB and wish top upgrade to Infinia. Read somewhere that for the upgrade at least 7.5 Lakhs worth transactions need to be made in 6 months period. I can do transactions for this value but the problem is Diners is not accepted on many platforms. So, I got Neu Infinity card which is good. My question is would the transactions from Neu card also count towards the 7.5 Lakh milestone?

May give it a try but with co-branded card you may face an issue but with normal card there is more probability of success.
