Devaluation Infinia's discount on dineout minimum spend changed quietly

Actually as @_ayush mentioned the best value if you have infinia is pay via Zomato or Swiggy dineout using credits bought via gyftr. Gives a flat 16% back as points.

PS: there is no limit for Zomato and Swiggy vouchers on gyftr currently
yes but there u get back points and here it's instant discount around 10% + 3-3.3% u will get back in points so effective is 13% around which is good enough instead of going for the voucher route...

if u dont meet the min bill amt then its ok to go with vouchers but if ur bill is above 3-3.5k then for me i would go for the instant 10% discount + the base reward points of 3%~ which i would get

Just the prompt needed for the 2025 bhajan version of "Infinia Reserve must be around the corner".

Toh a small nuance here is the 10% has an upto limit of 500 and 1k for order greater than 3.5k and 8k. Which effectively means your calculations make for certain ranges now.
3.5-5k : 13%
5 - 8k : <13% (sorry I'm lazy 😛)
8-10k: 13%
10k+ : < 13%

So as I said earlier in the past it made more sense as it was a 15% discount across the board.
Frankly the reason I suggest vouchers is cause it's less to think about and gives you the best return for any amount you spend. But you are right it is a personal preference between points and cash 🙂

10% discount on Swiggy Dineout is now available for all HDFC CC. For Infinia, minimum transaction value is Rs.3500, for DCB Rs. 3000 and for all other card it is Rs.2000.

All are small discounts compared to the 25 + 30% on Eazydiner

Folks, a query. I have only used Swiggy Dineout once and had paid using DCB promo. Since now the criterias have been increased, can we pay using Swiggy Money on Swiggy Dineout?? Don't remember if it had that option when I had paid last time. [Asking since we get the Swiggy money on gyftr which gives us RPs]

Yes you can

Hi all,

It seems hdfc infinia is devaluated in dineout.

Previously we used to get 15% upto 1k on bill amount of over 3k or 3.5k which I don't remember

Now I see for all cards they give 10% but capping is different n they still provide 1k cap but catch is that minimum bill paid must be 8k

It's really major devaluation for those who used infinia dineout

It's kind of revaluation for basic cards as now they get 10% but capping on cashback and minimum spend is different

There's an existing thread for this iirc
