Instant card for lounge access

Hello All,

I'm in a need of a new debit card for lounge access on my international trip. Is there any bank that gives rupay platinum or select debit card instantly while opening account.

I had Canara account already, generated DC but not showing card numbers 😔.

If there's such bank in which you could see the details instantly I might be able to register with pp or loungekey to get qr
