Devaluation Insurance Payment cashback now 1.5% via Tata Neu Infinity?

Hey folks,

I recently did a 45K insurance payment via Tata Neu Infinity on Neu App but I received a mail from HDFC which detailed the neu points breakup and it mentions this



Can someone confirm this?

Not just insurance, even mobile recharges r not fetching 5% neucoins. I did a mobioe recharge using my SBI TNI and got only 1.5% neucoins. Got similar msg from SBI cards customer care on complaining. Have escalated to SBI Cards PNO. Dont understand how they can devalue without giving any advance notice

Looks like the TNI cards r no more going to give 5% neucoins on insurance and utilities.🥲

This issue is temporary as per hdfc. May be technical glitch/Bug.
