Intermiles used to give a sweet 5% discount on Amazon Pay vouchers purchase. With AmEx no longer being accepted what is the best avenues for MRCC's 1500X4 transactions?

I was trying to use MRCC on Intermiles last month around 28th - 29th to buy Apay vouchers. Transaction was failing continuously. Looks like now they have officially called out that Amex is not supported.

It was a very good method to complete MRCC milestone. Looks like this is a season of devaluations and stopping all the rewarding methods!
