INTERNATIONAL LOUNGE ACCESS DEFINITION? IS USING LOUNGE IN INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE WITHIN INDIA CONSIDERED DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL?

I have Tata Neu Infinity Rupay which gives 4 International lounge access, 1 per quarter. I just used it during departure from Mumbai International airport, at Loyalty lounge. I have a long layover at JFK, so wanted to know whether the lounge outside India will be considered my 1st complimentary access, or will I be charged? Please let me know fast!

No. Lounge access at mumbai will be considered as domestic access. You'll still be able to access lounge at JFK. Have a wonderful trip.

Airport Lounges situated in domestic & International terminals within INDIA ===> comes under Domestic Lounge Access/category.

If I check on this logic, most of the cards which offer "Domestic Lounge" Access do not work in Lounge on the International Departure side. There is a sort of category within these 2 definitions what you have mentioned

Bhai, Read this article :

Bhai, Read this article :

If I go by this article, Infinia card didn't work for International Departure like the way it works for domestic departure. Why? It was the case for most other cards that I had. Very few ( I remember ICICI Sapphiro ) worked. Hence used Priority Pass.
Hence I still feel there is a category in between..

For Infinia card holders ONLY, HDFC Customer care mentioned to me that we can use priority pass everywhere (Domestic departure, international departure, Domestic/international arrival, Outside india etc..) unlimited times. Especially in bangalore arrival lounge, infinia was not accepted, but Diners club black and priority pass are being accepted.

This is not correct.
