Indusind Signature Exclusive Visa Debit Card - Free with Indusind Exclusive Saving Account (1L monthly balance).

It gives you access to lounges in the international departure terminal in airports in India, but it isn't Priority Pass/Dragon Pass/etc and you get no lounge access outside the country. So imo, doesn't really count.
