Investment Scam from Telegram

Hope your doing well

I had been fall into investment or part time job scam and lost more than 2 lakh. I also raised complaint with my bank from which the money was debited but the issue was not resolved.. I also tried raising complaint with RBI it was also rejected but I am not sure whether the complaint filed was absolutely correct as per terms, conditions or guidelines of RBI.
Can you please help me what could I do at this situation to recover the lost money as its huge as per my current financial situation or status.

If you help me in taking further actions which could get back my lost money or what procedures or steps I should take to try my best to get the money refunded from back in anyway.

Sorry to say nothing will happen...banks are responsible if it is their fault...

Cyperportal is a joke...i registered complaint in 2021 and closed in 2024 without any action

That is true but one must do everything which is in her/his vicinity!

This is not a RBI case. File a police complaint - cybercrime.

Also Try reaching out Assem Juneja (A digital blogger YT channel) will proper details he is very actively tracking and working on these type of investment frauds he can guide you better
