IPO mandate problem on google pay

has anyone been facing this issue on google pay, applied for an ipo but mandate is not showing properly on the app. when i click on it nothing happens.
its not a device specific problem cuz its happening on 6 phones with different os and different os versions.

I too had issue with GPay for IPO mandate. Paytm has always worked for me. Just fill your Paytm UPI handle (example@paytm) instead of GPay UPI handle in IPO application.

Haven't applied for an IPO recently, but faced problems with GPay in the past. Phonepe worked the best for me.
