There are no such conditions to acess railway lounges. Just present your card and pnr details to get your access to the lounge.

Well , I found it today only . It is not advertised but Go to this Link and see the Lounge access list . YOU WILL BE SURPRISED

All are airport lounge ? Where did u see railway one ?
Even on Dream folk it doesn't show lounge access for railway

Yes coral works . Login to dreamfolk to confirm it . but visa working from last 3 yrs

Yes I have used ICICI Coral rupay. You're good to go.
