I was using my office lap to book railway ticket using infinia card and due to network upgrades for security the booking got failed after I entered OTP since they don't allow external websites traffic as per the update and amount got debited.
I can see the payment in failed transaction history.
How can I raise refund for the same from IRCTC? Should I ask bank or irctc at first?
Under failed transaction I see payment status as payment waiting from back end so I think I should contact bank first right?
